Guest Speaker - Jeanne Steen

Jeanne Steen is an innovative healer, teacher and coach. Her natural interest in the spiritual life was likely sparked by the early death of her father when she was a baby.

She grew up with the sense that her father remained a watchful presence and she talked to god with daily updates and gratitude. This spiritual connection was a benevolent anchor in a household full of “trauma drama”.

With family lineages rooted in Catholicism, Judaism, Christianity, and Christian Science she was not indoctrinated into any belief system, but held the open mind of someone who finds religion culturally interesting, but is content with her own direct conversation with God..

Jeanne was born at Evanston Hospital and grew up in Northfield, IL.  She graduated from Smith College with a BA degree in Philosophy and Economics.

As a child of a mentally ill mother, she did not have the tools currently available to help her understand and cope in such an environment.   After much reflection, she awoke to the healing that she and her siblings needed and embarked on a journey to learn techniques to help people heal.

In the course of studying the works of Dr. Michael Newton and as a response to her own sensitivities, she began to work beyond the conscious mind and offer multidimensional healing for Heart, Mind and Soul.

Jeanne is a Board Certified Hypnotherapist who has trained with the International Association of Counselors and Therapists, Marisa Peer (Rapid Transformational Therapy) and Natasha Leigh Bray (HeartHealingTM).

She works with clients to reveal and heal the root cause of current challenges through regression, which often flow seamlessly into past lives, and lead her to delve deeper into this specific work with Quantum HeartHealingTM.

A HeartHealingTM is a multi-dimensional approach that initiates change at the mind, heart, energy and soul level for profound healing.

One of the advanced techniques in Quantum HeartHealingTM is Ancestral HeartHealingTM . The premise of this powerful work is that unresolved traumas or negative experiences from one’s ancestors can be passed down through generations, impacting the mental and emotional well-being of descendants.

In these deep sessions clients connect with their Ancestral Guide and journey to the life of an ancestor whose life experience has left a “wound” in the lineage. The four key wounds are:

• Strife - the energy of battle, which when healed relaxes into Peace.
• Scarcity - the belief that there is never enough, which when healed relaxes into overflow.
• Survival - rooted in events which triggered the need to flee, when healed relaxes into freedom.
• Safety - which when healed relaxes into true, unshakable Safety.

Her other healing tools are Reiki (RMT in Usui, Holy Fire®, Karuna and Japanese lineages); and EFT. Her client work individually and in groups is strategic, supported and transformational.

In her sessions it is her intention to facilitate deep healing and illuminate each soul’s inherent gifts and purpose so that the client feels their worth, connects with a sense of meaning for THIS LIFE’s Journey, and moves forward feeling supported and guided by spirit.
