Guest Speaker: Reinerio (Rey) Hernandez, JD, MCP, PhD Candidate

Reinerio (Rey) Hernandez is one of the four co-founders of FREE (The Dr. Edgar Mitchell Foundation for Research into Extraterrestrial Encounters).  The other three co-founders include the late Dr. Edgar Mitchell, Dr. Rudy Schild, an Emeritus Professor of Astrophysics at Harvard University, and Mary Rodwell, a leading Australian UFO.

Contact phenomenon researcher Rey attended Rutgers College, Cornell University and was a PhD Candidate at UC Berkeley in City and Regional Planning. He was also the recipient of a National Science Foundation PhD Fellowship at UC Berkeley.

Rey held the position of Adjunct Professor for six years at the New School for Social Research and the City University of New York.  He served as Director of the Center for a Sustainable Urban Environment at the City University of New York and as the Director of the Office of Community Environmental Planning for the City of New York.

Rey is the Director of CCRI, the Consciousness and Contact Research Institute, an academic research institute whose mission is to explore the relationship between Consciousness, our Cosmology, and Contact with Non-Human Intelligence via the Contact Modalities.

CCRI is comprised of 20 Ph.D. academics and medical doctors in the fields of Astrophysics, Philosophy, Theoretical Physics, Psychiatry, Neuroscience, Sociology, Quantum Biology, Information Sciences and other researchers of PSI, Consciousness and the Paranormal Contact Modalities.

They have been conducting comprehensive academic research to understand the interrelationship between “Experiencers” of the Contact Modalities – individuals that have had contact with Conscious Intelligence via Near-Death Experiences, Out-of-Body Experiences, UFOs/UAPs, Ghosts/Spirits, Remote Viewing, Hallucinogenic Experiences, Channeling, and other PSI and Paranormal experiences.

This presentation will introduce the leading theoretical hypothesis that all of these experiences are interrelated via Non-local Consciousness, a manipulation of space-time, and a possible multidimensional reality which has spiritual implications.

Rey and his entire family have experienced conscious physical contact with non-human intelligence in their family home.  All of the family members have also had various contact experiences with large UFOs. In one instance, a football stadium-sized craft only 30 feet from Rey, his daughter, and 3 adult witnesses, hovered over them in silence for more than 45 minutes.

His family has also had numerous paranormal experiences beginning in March of 2012.  Before these experiences, Rey was ignorant of UFOs, ET Contact and the paranormal, and identified as an atheist and material rationalist. He is now a deeply spiritual person who has been completely transformed by his experiences.

Rey is currently employed as an Estate Tax Attorney with the IRS, US Department of Treasury.   He resides with his family, all of whom are experiencers, in Miami, Florida.
